I had an interesting encounter at the eye doctor's office this morning. A young lady took me back to the exam room and began running various eye tests. She was proficient in all of the procedures and knew how to operate the machines. I was fairly certain that she was just an exceptionally skilled lab technician, but following a bit of testing and after she gave me a preliminary diagnosis, I had the notion that she might actually be the doctor - so I asked.
"Oh, no." She replied. "I just do all of the work and drive a Dodge!"
Don't we all!
