Of Deadbeat Dads and Teabagger Family Values

Not every Joe Walsh soars with eagles, that's for sure.  In fact, there is one currently serving in Congress who has probably never had an uplifting thought in his entire life.

Congressman Joe Walsh of Illinois, is a Republican and a strong teabagger favorite because of his firm stands on conservative social and economic issues.  In fact, the congressman is so rigid in his conservative beliefs and voting habits that he was recently named a "True Blue" member of Congress  by the Family Research Council, a coven of right-wing and fundamentalist religious zealots whose leader is Tony Perkins.

(Not every Tony Perkins limits his psycho behavior to the big screen.)

In announcing the selection of Congressman Walsh for this "award," Perkins noted his achievements in the area of family values as voting to end "Obamacare," de-fund Planned Parenthood, end government funding for abortion within the health care law, uphold the Defense of Marriage Act, and continue support for school choice.

Or, in the King's English, Walsh was honored by the Family Research Klan Council because he was consistently anti-poor, anti-women, anti-gay, and anti-free public education.

Joe Walsh, the one in Congress - not the talented one, is one helluva family guy!  Why the man just oozes family values.  Just ask anybody wearing a tin-foil hat or walking into church with their guns.  But don't expect to hear any Joe-praise coming from his ex-wife.  You see, Joe the Family Values Guy, has been dodging his court-ordered child support and is now in arrears to the tune of $117,000.

Joe Walsh is a deadbeat dad, and certainly not as fiscally responsible as Tony Perkins, the political one - not the talented one, would have us believe.

Need more proof?  This past year Congressman Walsh lost his driving privileges for three months for failing to pay his high-risk auto insurance.  It is apparently the second time that Family Guy has lost his license.

People who are steeped in true family values support their children.  People who are fiscally responsible pay their bills.

The hypocrisy of egomaniacs like Walsh and Perkins is breathtaking!
