Incidents such as the Brown case turn up with nauseating frequency across America. <br />From Rodney King to Trayvon Martin, police are using their military castoff equipment to terrorize citizen dissent. What confuses me is why the town with 60 percent blacks doesn't vote its nearly all-white officials out of office.
